Description

In frost free areas, Euphorbia can grow 4'-8' tall and 3'-5' tall. It is much slower growing than the parent plant and much smaller. It can be single or multiple trunked. It has red cylindrical branches that are about the diameter of a pencil in the winter, changing to yellow in summer. This succulent is best grown in full sun to get best color. Leaves are insignificant. Some people are allergic to the sap. It is tolerant of salt, full sun, part shade and quite drought resistant. It is a great accent plant for a container. Sap may be irritating to skin and eyes when plant is pruned.

Water Saving Tip:

Check your irrigation controller once a month, and adjust as necessary.

Most plants require only one-third as much water in winter as they do in summer.
