Yucca 'Bright Star'
Bright Edge Yucca
Description
Boldly colored rosettes of strappy green leaves with bright yellow edges are sure to add drama to the landscape. Leaves curve gracefully downward, each ending with a sharp tip. Develops a short, trunk-like base over time, with a tree-like appearance. Deep pink buds on tall flower stalks open to fragrant, white, bell-shaped flowers. Blooms infrequently and followed by brown seed capsules. Evergreen. This succulent reaches 1-2 feet tall and 5 feet wide. It does best in lean, well draining soil in full sun. Remove spent flowers.
