Description

This plant is a low woody perennial growing 1-2 ft. high with 3-4 spread, having dark green foliage and attractive yellow summer flowers. It is a California native that is drought tolerant. It attracts butterflies, beneficial insects and birds. Prefers well drained soils and is used very effectively in rock gardens. Will tolerate clay soil. It does well in full to part sun. Loves the mountain areas.
