Description

This succulent is a native of Mexico. The stiff leaves are about 1 1/2" wide with creamy white stripes along the margins and pale green central bands. It will form clumps to about 3-4' tall and wid. In the low desert, filtered shade is best. It can also handle more water than most agaves. After 10 years this plant may send up green/white flowers on a 8-10' tall spike. It is cold tolerant to about 20 degrees F. It needs occasional watering once it's established.
