Description

'Dana Point' is a more garden tolerant and compact variety of the California Buckwheat, with a mounding habit. It tolerates full sun and clay soil. Great for erosion control and slope coverage. Quickly reaches a height of 3-4' and spreads to 4-6'. Light green fine foliage. White flowers appear during summer. A very attractive and easy form of the native buckwheat. Presents few problems in the landscape. Will become deciduous during summer if not watered.
