Euphorbia ammak 'Green'
African Candelabra
Description
Deep green, freely branching, upright stems form a beautiful candelabra shape. Young plants or plants kept in containers make a nice vertical accent in smaller gardens or patios, but when let loose to achieve their full size, it can be surprising. Mature plants can be as tall as 15-20 feet and 8-12 feet wide, weighing hundreds of pounds. New growth is adorned with fresh green leaves at the crown and at each thorn bract, which are later shed as the stems mature or at the onset of drought. Excellent as an indoor plant as well, as long as near a window that receives full sun. Full sun to partial shade in hot climates, tender to frost.

Move turf away form sidewalks and pavement.
Instead plant shrubs or groundcovers next to the pavement, and water with low-flow drip or bubbler system to eliminate runoff from turf sprinklers
