This tiny, herbaceous shrub will grow less than 1' tall and has medium-size, grayish/green leaves with blue and lavender flowers that bloom in the spring.

Hot Lips Sage

Botanical name:Salvia 'Hot Lips'

A long-blooming Sage that blooms all summer with eye-catching red and white bicolor flowers. The nectar-rich flowers attract hummingbirds and other pollinators. Blooms from spring through hard frost in fall. Bi-colored flowers but turn red in heat.

This evergreen shrub is 6' high x 5' wide with aromatic leaves. It blooms with white sweet-scented flowers followed by bluish/black berries. It can be grown in sun or partial shade; well drained soil is essential.

Botanical name:Chitalpa tashkentensis

This medium size deciduous tree grows rapidly to 20-30' high and as wide, producing long, pointed, deep green leaves. Upon these leaves grow the pink to white trumpet shaped flowers with purple markings. Over a long season, these flowers will appear in showy clusters.
